Our Story

Ajumma's Corner was started in October 2022 to discuss all things Korean dramas (K-dramas). After watching Master's Sun back in 2013/2014, I got addicted to K-dramas and haven't stopped watching them since!

Over the years, watching K-dramas has been a breath of fresh air and provided a much-needed escape from my stress and worries. I'm consistently in awe of the level of depth and thought that gets put into the shows, including soul-wrenching and intensely emotional scenes, tear-jerking OSTs, stellar plotlines, and complex character development. It also helps there's always great visuals in the shows, from the actors to the sceneries and fashion to Korean culture overall.

I started this site to share my thoughts on what shows I've watched over the years and what I'm currently watching. I hope this site will bring joy to others interested in k-dramas and celebrate them. ✨
